CSAM Policy

based takes has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to:

• Prevention: Proactively detecting and preventing CSAM from appearing on our platform

• Immediate removal: Any CSAM content is removed immediately upon detection

• Law enforcement cooperation: We report all CSAM incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement

• Account termination: Users who share CSAM are permanently banned from the platform

Enforcement

Violations of this content policy may result in:

• Content removal

• Account warnings or suspensions

• Permanent account termination

• Reporting to law enforcement when applicable

Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal by contacting with details about the specific content.

Reporting Response

We review all reports within 24 hours. For urgent matters involving illegal content or immediate harm, we respond within 2 hours. All reports are handled confidentially.
